- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
The refund shall be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 8-15 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
